The benefits of exercise

Exercise is great for you, but I’m sure you knew that already. Most of the time we know exactly what we need to do to keep our bodies healthy, but we just won’t do it. We make all sorts of flimsy excuses to avoid these things. The problem is that most of us see exercise as some kind of punishment designed to make us miserable. Well it’s actually supposed to make us happier believe it or not.
