I need to lose some weight
I’ve had so much on my plate recently that I’ve let a lot of things slip. For one thing, my exercise regime which I was so proud of has gone to the dogs. I used to do my low impact aerobics everyday and my weight training about three times a week. Since I got back from my Christmas travels, without my usual help in the house, I’ve been finding it more difficult to get back in the groove with so many things to do.
I can feel the difference too. I have less energy and I feel so sleepy and sluggish throughout the day. I’ve also noticed some flabbiness in some areas compared how they were last year. Another problem is that I’ve been indulging my love for chocolate chip cookies and pastries, a formula for disaster if ever I saw one.
So, time to shape up. No more excuses.
