I’m going to be talking about my latest obsession (my new elliptical trainer) for some time which some people will find extremely boring. Unfortunately, I’m that type of person!

There’s sooo much information out there about how to get fit that it can be really overwhelming. I went to fitness.com and there was tons of information there alone. Some people may think that I should know enough about this kind of thing without having to get information elsewhere. Wrong. We know the general principles but there are experts that specialize in exercise and nutrition that develop programs that can make losing weight a no-brainer, provided you have enough motivation to stop stuffing yourself with sugary, fattening “treats” and get some exercise.

I downloaded one program to help you get lean an sculpted in 4 week. It’s made of different types of aerobic and weight training exercises. Let’s see what will have happened in 4 weeks time.
