You can lose weight without beng miserable

I had some clothes made for me that were much too tight and I’ve been putting off having them amended, purely out of laziness. Now, guess what? They fit!! Hubby has told me how well they fit and I had a good laugh. Had to tell him that I could only wear them cos I’d lost some weight and I did it without punishing myself. I’d still like to lose a few more kg but I’ll make it gradual. I’m a lot less wobbly and my spare tyres have definitely come down. I’m a happy camper.
